Ana possesses over a decade of experience within the field of Social Care. Holding a Bachelor's degree in general nursing for both adults and children, she has also obtained a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care as well as Children and Young People's Services. Throughout her career, Ana has assumed diverse roles in Social Care, she started off as the registered manager at our Gillingham site, before moving into her current role as our Group Clinical Manager.

 

Prior to joining RCB, Ana served as a deputy manager at a nursing home. Notably, she spent six years residing and working in South Korea before returning to Romania to pursue her nursing degree.

 

In her leisure time, Ana enjoys indulging in reading and conducting research. Additionally, she relishes spending quality moments with her family and ensuring her dog gets the exercise he needs!
